Hole-in-One Contest - Terms and Conditions

Jackpot increases weekly based on number of participants weekly.

Only one attempt per player per round. Every ticket purchased is valid for the first round played on the same day of purchase.

Hole in one attempt must be purchased prior to playing the target hole.

Golfer must play from their appropriate tee box according to USGA rules of golf.

No practice shots, mulligans, or substitute shots for other players are allowed on target hole.

If any player strikes a second ball on the target hole tee box, all players in that grouping will be disqualified from hole in one competition for that day.

The information of participating golfer must match the information provided at time of purchase (I.e. First name, last name, email, phone # and D.O.B)

All participants are subject to rules of competition and Sporfie llc terms and conditions policy. Every hole-in-one claimed must be verified on video using the Sporfie installed system.

The Hole-in-One contest is open to all participants who meet the following criteria:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Must be present and valid ticket holder at the location where the Hole-in-One contest is being held.

Every ticket purchased is valid for the first round played on the same day of purchase.

The Hole-in-One contest will be held on a specific hole designated by the organizer.

Participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines established by the golf event or tournament.

Each participant will have one attempt to achieve a Hole-in-One, as specified by the contest rules.

Only shots made from the designated tee area will be considered valid attempts.

The Hole-in-One contest will be subject to video verification by the organizer and/or Sporfie staff.

The prizes for achieving a Hole-in-One will be clearly outlined and announced prior to the contest.

In the event of multiple winners on the same day, the prize will be divided equally among the winners.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for any other substitutes, unless stated otherwise.

The organizer may secure insurance coverage for the Hole-in-One contest and prizes, but it shall not be liable for any policy gaps or exclusions.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer, sponsors, partners, and their respective employees, from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses resulting from participation in the Hole-in-One contest.

Participants may be disqualified from the Hole-in-One contest for any violation of the contest rules, including but not limited to:

Violation of any applicable golf rules or etiquette.

Attempting to manipulate or tamper with the contest.

Determinations of disqualification will be made by the organizer or their designated representative, and their decisions will be final.

By participating in the Hole-in-One contest, participants grant the organizer the right to use their name, likeness, photographs, and any other relevant information for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the contest is held.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with the contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Hole-in-One contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

In the event of termination, no liability shall be incurred by the organizer to the participants.

By participating in the Hole-in-One contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
